Shirts & Amenities

Single event participants will receive a sustainable soft-spun cotton shirt vs. a conventional cotton t-shirts or chemically-produced polyester technical shirt. These shirts are a more expensive than the polyester technical shirts seen at most events but once you feel the texture and wear the material you will relish this shirt!  For more details about our shirts, visit Greenswell Green.

Participants will receive only (1) shirt for the entire series. This will enable Greenswell to keep the cost down for the series and increase the donation opportunity to the Stewards of The Metro Parks and to the Greenswell Participant Foundation.

Shirt size selected during registration will be the shirt size given you at athlete check-in. If the shirt size selected by you during registration is the incorrect size, you will need to complete a shirt size transfer list at athlete check-in. You will be required to check back after the race for size availability.

Trail distances are approximate and may be longer or shorter than indicated.

Strollers and pets on a leash are permitted via special permit for the Wellness in the Woods series.
