Greenswell Family Triathlon & Duathlon
Moms and dads…sons and daughters...husbands and wives...and significant others... here’s your chance to have some FUN with one another at the Greenswell Family Triathlon & Duathlon on July 15, 2012!
Team up with your father, mother, son, daughter or spouse or significant another and register to race as part of a family team or as a family relay. All ages can participate on Sunday just must be 13 years or older. Note: If you wish to participate as an individual please register for the Greenswell Health & Wellness Triathlon held on the same day and time.

If you don't wish to do all three parts of the triathlon or the duathlon, you can still participate with your family members by forming a relay and taking part in the Family Relay division (any relationship mix but must related thru birth or marriage). Each relay member will do one or more of the legs - swim, bike or run - of the triathlon or run, bike, or run - of the duathlon. Relays can consist of two of three family members.
The Family Team categories (must be 13 years or older) which each individual will do the entire triathlon or duathlon and then have them combined with their family member - these Family Team categories are available:

* Father/Daughter
* Father/Son
* Grandparent/Grandchild
